"In celebration of Pittsburgh’s 250th, Pittsburgh Restaurant Week is back for lunch and dinner! From local favorites to hot newcomers, to places you have been curious to try, dine out at more than 100 of the region’s finest restaurants during Pittsburgh Restaurant Week 2008."
Our menu will be offered:
Tuesday June 17th through
Saturday June 21st 2008.
Three courses for $35.00 per person.
Four courses for $40.00 per person.
WQED's Mike Lee talks with UUBU 6 Patriarch Michael Lench and Manager/Sommelier Horacio Ruiz on Pittsburgh Insite.
Michael addresses the naming of UUBU 6 while providing background information about the restaurant's heritage. Horacio discusses the weekly wine flights which make UUBU 6's winelist one of the most renown in the region.
